All prices listed
above are stated as "Monthly" unless otherwise
specified. |

Packages show two
different monthly pricing levels: If Paid Quarterly & If
Paid Annually |

All accounts opened
during the middle of billing cycle will be prorated to
coincide with with our standard quarterly billing cycle
dates. Annual accounts will be prorated to coincide with the
previous quarterly billing cycle date. |

All packages are
billed in advance. Payment must be received on or before the
beginning date of the applicable billing cycle. If not paid
on time, late fee
will of 25% will be applied for that billing cycle.
Accounts past due 15 days are subject to suspension. |
